Can a Chiss enthusiast explain why Thrawn and his sister were born with two different surnames (Kivu'raw'nuru vs Kivu'rik'ardok)?
The Timothy Zahn post going around about how he wanted to see Thrawn and Ezra as a begrudged buddy cop team up vs what we got in the Ahsoka show…doesn’t bother me actually.
There’s about ten years of time between Rebels S4 and the Ahsoka series. We don’t even really know if Peridea is where they ended up first or if they ended up on Peridea after a series of unfortunate events. There 100% could have a villain + hero reluctant allies situation that happened during the scope of that decade, one that eventually went to the wayside due to unknown circumstances.
The Ahsoka series definitely leaves a lot of unanswered questions (how did Thrawn ally with the Nightsisters, for one). There’s a story to be told there which, knowing Disney, will likely be told in a novel format between shows.
the worst part about having huge autistic fantasy worlds in your head is that it takes like 8 billion years to turn that into something substantial you can show people
like oh yeah man i have these 60 OCs and a whole plot about the ethical and moral implications of meeting your alternate timeline self and if it’s worth sacrificing a whole artificial timeline to get back to your own time. no you cannot see them

My unpopular star wars fandom take is that I actually don’t care if a show directly mentions Padme or Satine by name. I am okay with indirect references, or no references at all if it doesn’t make sense for the plot of the show.
